We're looking for a Part-Time Customer Service / Sales Assistant to join our clients small team in an office-based role. You will be the first point of contact for customers both face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and bookings, both in person and over the phone
  • Providing outstanding service with a positive and professional approach
  • Handling orders, processing transactions, and managing customer accounts
  • Supporting sales initiatives and promoting products/services
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative tasks
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and customer-oriented mind-set
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not essential)
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including potential weekend shifts
