As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with moderate additional needs across the classroom
* Assist with differentiated learning tasks and emotional regulation
* Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to implement effective support strategies
* Encourage independence, resilience, and positive engagement
* Help maintain a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
