What You'll Be Doing:- Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
- Commercial Finance Business Partnering: Work closely with operational teams to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making
- Management Reporting: Produce high-quality management information and variance analysis
- Process Improvement: Help streamline and enhance existing finance processes as the business scales
- Commercial finance experience with exposure to FP&A activities
- Proven experience in finance business partnering
- Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ambition to progress and take on increased responsibility
- Must be commutable to Banbury - this is essential
- Competitive salary: £50,000 - £55,000
