Responsibilities:
- Manage audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and on-the-job training.
- Prepare draft financial statements, audit reports, and completion documentation, highlighting key findings and control issues.
- Maintain compliance with audit regulations and internal procedures throughout all stages of the engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to add value and support their business goals.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by identifying areas for improvement and promoting best practices across the team.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in an accountancy practice environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
