  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

Profile

A successful Group Finance Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the property sector or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
  • Previous experience in commercial finance.
  • Understanding/previous experience in a large corporation.
  • Excellent communication skills to present financial insights clearly.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and driving improvements in financial processes.
