Red Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Account Director in Oxfordshire, to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their wide portfolio of clients.

They are looking for a Senior Account Director to collaborate closely with the Directors, own the relationships of some of the largest clients and act as a liaison between the clients and the contact centre operation.

The salary for the role is up to circa £75,000.

Benefits and Package for a Senior Account Director:

  • Salary: Up to Circa £75,000 per annum + Performance related Bonus
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Oxfordshire
  • Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Account Director:

  • Act as the key point of contact between the clients and the contact centre
  • Expand and optimise existing client relationships
  • Generate new business opportunities through acquiring new accounts
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Managing account financials including accurate budget creation, allocation, and control
  • Translate client business goals into actionable marketing and communication plans whilst identifying growth opportunities

Required Key Skills and Experience of a Senior Account Director:

  • Senior Account Manager, Client Services Lead or Senior Operations Manager with client responsibility background
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Proven history of managing large high value accounts
  • Previous success in winning new business and growing existing accounts
  • Ability to deliver strategic campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
