- Lead and implement inventory planning strategies to improve accuracy and responsiveness across rapidly growing markets
- Overhaul and optimise the forecasting process using data, insight, and cross-functional collaboration
- Own and develop the end-to-end S&OP process, aligning sales, marketing, operations, and finance with clear, actionable planning cycles
- Introduce and embed analytical tools and forecasting models to enhance predictability and scalabilityÂ
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies within the current planning setup and lead improvement projects from end to endÂ
- Analyse trends, historical performance, and real-time data to reduce waste, improve stock availability, and maximise service levels
- Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure robust supply planning and timely deliveryÂ
- Build and mentor a high-performing planning function, driving accountability and continuous improvement
- Extensive experience in a senior planning, forecasting, or S&OP leadership role within consumer goods, retail, or tech sectors
- Deep analytical skillset with proven ability to turn raw data into actionable planning insight
- Strong forecasting ability across multi-channel and international environments, including Amazon and retailÂ
- Track record of leading through change, bringing structure and control to fast-growth operationsÂ
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Hands-on mindset, you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves while still thinking strategically
- Familiarity with planning tools and systems (e.g. Anaplan, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is highly desirable
