Key Responsibilities Senior Systems Engineer
- Lead systems development from concept to launch, aligning with technology roadmaps and programme goals.
- Own requirements capture, decomposition, and traceability across the full development lifecycle.
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards including ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160G.
- Support certification planning, risk management, and cross-functional design assurance.
What Were Looking For Senior Systems Engineer
- Degree qualified in Systems, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related field.
- Proven leadership in systems engineering within aerospace or high-integrity environments.
- Strong knowledge of the V-model, including system architecture, requirements flow-down, and verification strategy.
- Confident dealing with customers and managing technical dialogue at a senior level.
- Familiar with certification frameworks and safety-critical development standards
