Position: Injection Moulding Technician
Location: Banbury
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Shift: Days and Nights (3 on 3 off)

Injection Moulding Technician role:
Provide comprehensive support to the manufacturing team by ensuring all moulding processes are maintained, optimised, and compliant to meet output, quality, and safety standards.
Injection Moulding Technician Responsibilities:
- Train and develop operators and setters to meet quality, safety, and skills standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues, documenting corrective actions.
- Introduce new products efficiently and optimise machine/robot cycle times.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, performing preventative maintenance.
- Liaise with other departments to meet customer requirements.
- Support and cover for Team Leaders or Mould Setters as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping, PPE compliance, and health & safety standards.
Injection Moulding Technician Experience:
- Fully conversant with injection moulding processes.
- Strong tool and product fault-finding skills.
- Experience with Engel, Sepro Robots (advantage).
- Knowledge of H&S regulations, including COSHH.
