I'm working exclusively with a highly regarded boutique law firm based in the heart of Wilmslow, and they're looking to expand their friendly, close-knit team with the addition of an experienced conveyancing professional.This is a full-time, office-based position offering up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role would ideally suit someone with 12+ months of hands-on conveyancing experience who is confident supporting a fee earner across a busy residential caseload.The Firm:This is a long-established, boutique law firm known for its personal touch, loyal client base, and team-first culture. With a real emphasis on quality over quantity, they pride themselves on offering a tailored, friendly service that has earned them an excellent reputation in the local area.The Role:* You'll be supporting an experienced fee earner with a full range of conveyancing matters including:* Preparing contract packs and drafting standard documentation* Carrying out searches and Land Registry applications* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors* Assisting with post-completion work and file management* General administrative support throughout the transaction lifecycleAbout You:* Ideally 12 months+ experience in residential conveyancing (assistant or paralegal level)* Confident managing tasks independently, with strong organisational skills* Comfortable liaising directly with clients and other stakeholders* Keen to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment* Looking for a long-term role with growth potential in a firm that values its staffIf this sounds like the right move for you, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
