Our client is a fast-growing, innovative rural business, with impressive year-on-year growth, they are now seeking a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to support and drive continued success.

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on position responsible for:

  • Overseeing the sales office and ensuring smooth order fulfilment (100+ parcels/day)
  • Managing stock control, invoicing, and financial administration (VAT, wages, Xero reporting)
  • Tracking sales performance using KPIs and analytics
  • Leading digital marketing activity including SEO, social media, content and email campaigns
  • Enhancing customer experience and managing online reputation
  • Conducting market research and competitor monitoring
  • Supporting brand development, events and trade activities

About You

You will bring:

  • Excellent communication, organisation and creative skills
  • Experience across digital marketing, social media and website/CMS management
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon) desirable
  • Confidence using CRM, Mailchimp and Meta tools
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A genuine interest in animals, countryside lifestyles and rural business
