Your new role
Due to this continued growth and project wins, they are now looking to recruit a Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and deliver a high-quality project on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate site records and report to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all works meet client specifications and industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
