This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll support both landlords and tenants throughout the full lifecycle, from application and move-in, through to check-out and deposit return. You’ll be joining a small, friendly team that takes real pride in their work, enjoys social team outings, and offers a genuinely supportive working environment. Key Responsibilities:• Managing a portfolio of properties and supporting tenants throughout their entire journey from application through to check-out.• Handling day-to-day maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and ensuring high standards are upheld.• Building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring expectations are managed and issues resolved professionally.• Carrying out property inspections, identifying and arranging necessary works in line with compliance requirements.• Coordinating check-ins, check-outs, renewals and deposit returns in line with relevant legislation.• Keeping property records and CRM systems up to date, and ensuring legal and safety requirements are met. Key Skills & Experience:• Previous experience in Property Management or Lettings is essential.• ARLA/Propertymark qualifications are desirable.• Full UK driving licence is essential. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, calm, polite, and solutions-focused.• A genuine passion for property and helping people.• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Additional Information• Parking permit provided for town-centre location.• Regular team outings and a supportive working environment.• Opportunities to shape your own processes and make a real difference.• Full-time hours: 8:45am–5:00pm Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday mornings (9:00am–12:00pm). To express interest in this rewarding opportunity, kindly forward your latest CV, including details of your current or most recent remuneration package and any notice period.
