Key responsibilities:

  • Stock control of all hardware and materials.
  • Report monthly stock levels and value to the Manufacturing Manager.
  • Check all deliveries for damage, correct quantity, and receipt on the requested dates.
  • Liaise with the Quality Control team, recording all outside processed items and materials for inspection.
  • To pick the kits required and communicate effectively with the Manufacturing Manager about any issues that affect the production.
  • To check the invoices off against the purchase orders and update the system as required, or report discrepancies on price, date or quantity.
  • Assisting team members with work-related questions and helping to find solutions for them.
  • Ensure that the company's working space meets and exceeds company presentation standards.
  • To communicate effectively with all staff and support team members to achieve targets.
  • General administration, paperwork and filing
  • Checking work orders for timings and filing in the relevant areas
  • To manage COSHH files.
  • To source and issue appropriate PPE and report health and safety issues to the Manufacturing Manager.
  • To undertake other duties which may arise or as may be delegated from time to time.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and Health & Safety awareness.
