Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Banbury. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping children thrive in their education and personal development.
Position Overview:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 support to a child with additional needs
- Assist the class teacher with general classroom duties
- Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Support pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development
Key Details:
- Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
- Salary: 88.92 to 105.89 per day (dependent on experience)
- Contract: Full-time and part-time positions available
- Start Date: Immediate or flexible depending on availability
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
