The HGV Technician position in Banbury offers shifts from 0600hrs to 1430hrs or 1400hrs to 2230hrs, with alternative Saturday mornings available for overtime at time and a half.
Candidates should possess a City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heavy Vehicle Repair and Maintenance and ideally have completed an apprenticeship with experience on commercial vehicles such as Volvo and Scania.
IT literacy and a strong knowledge base as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, or PSV Mechanic are required, while an LGV C E licence is beneficial but not essential.

Requirements

City and Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3in Heavy Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Ideally you will be have completed an apprenticeship where you have gained experience working on commercial vehicles such as Volvo, Scania, DAF, Mercedes, Iveco, buses and coaches experience also of interest.

IT literate.

Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience as a HGV Technician/HGV Mechanic/PSV Mechanic. LGV C E licence beneficial not essential. HGV/PSV licence an advantage.
