They’re known for their quality, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join their Customer Support Team on a temp-to-perm basis.  This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid admin or logistics experience who’s confident coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and freight forwarders. If you enjoy problem-solving, building strong working relationships, and delivering great service, this one’s for you.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate directly with Sales, Parts, and Service teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
  • Generate packing lists, delivery notes, and Proof of Export documentation
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and agents to arrange collections and ensure accurate customs clearance
  • Monitor and track orders, flagging delays and updating relevant departments
  • Manage documentation and logistics for returned items in collaboration with the Goods In team
  • Ensure internal systems are kept up to date with accurate shipping records and order progress
  Key Skills and Experience:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Good understanding of Incoterms and Chamber of Commerce processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems
  • Experience generating or processing export documentation
  • Previous use of Sage, SAP, or similar systems (desirable but not essential)
