What you’ll do

You will be responsible to the Director of Customers & Communities, and working collaboratively with the Head of Community Services and other Adra colleagues for the effective leadership and development of all Customer Services provided by Adra.

  • Lead and develop high-performing strategic and operational services
  • Make sure that we achieve the Corporate Plan ambitions and targets

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to policy and strategy development, service planning, and corporate decision making, ensuring all Adra services function effectively for our customers.
