We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a confident and organised Contracts Administrator to join a thriving team based in Banstead!

?? Job Title: Contracts Administrator?? Pay Rate: ÂŁ12.21 per hour?? Location: Banstead?? Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key part in ensuring that everything is tied up neatly once a job is completed!

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping internal systems and records up to date following job completion.
  • Preparing and sending out final documents to clients.
  • Double-checking job details and chasing any missing info.
  • Providing admin support—filing, data entry, and general team assistance.
  • Handling basic client queries regarding completed work.
  • Supporting invoice preparation and generating simple reports.

?? What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of using Excel and VLOOKUP’s.
  • Great communication and people skills.
  • Problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Super organised and able to multitask.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer focused.
  • Solid English and Maths skills.
  • Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential—full training is provided!
