Our client in Bargoed are seeking an experienced Administrator to join them on an on-going Temporary basis, starting immediately.
The role will be working 4 days per week (days to be confirmed during interview process).
In this busy role, you will complete diary management of engineers and cover basic administration work for the department.
The role also involves creating contracts and creating service orders to bring items back for service, as well as handling some telephone enquiries from customers and internal departments.
What you'll be doing:
- Taking Inbound calls from customers & internal departments.
- Department administration.
- Managing the diary of engineers.
- Liaison with service engineers to ensure they know where they're going.
- Keeping customer up to date in terms of engineer appointments.
- General Office Administration.
Skills:
- Excellent working knowledge Microsoft Excel.
- Competent in using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Numeric Skills (equivalent to GCSE Maths).
- Ability to plan and prioritise.
- High attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Enthusiastic and positive.
Hourly Rate, Hours & Location:
- Hours will be 9:00am - 5:00pm.
- 4 days per week.
- Hourly rate - 12.44 per hour.
- Location - based at our client's stunning offices just north of Bargoed.
- Pension after 12 weeks.
- 28 days annual leave.
