About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trade Operative to join the responsive maintenance team for a large Housing Association. You will carry out a variety of repairs, void works, and property MOTs across multiple trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs across primary and secondary trades
Accurately record work using a PDA system
Manage and replenish stock and materials
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Deliver first-time fixes and meet scheduled appointments
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
Supervise apprentices when required

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a core trade preferred
Proven experience in building maintenance and multi-trade work
Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to quality, safety, and customer service
Full, clean driving license (maximum 3 points)
Own tools must be provided
