Are you a soon to be or an Early Career Teacher ready to take the first step into your teaching journey this September? Requirements for ECTs:
- Completed or on track to complete your PGCE / BA QTS / BEd or equivalent qualification by Summer 2025
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
- Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality education
- An understanding of the Early Career Framework (ECF) and a willingness to learn and develop through your induction years

- A positive, proactive and professional attitude
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic school environment
- Willingness to collaborate and grow within a supportive team
- A reflective approach to teaching with a desire for continuous improvement
Compliance Requirements:
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Satisfactory references covering work history since formal education
