They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial and commercial success of their ongoing works.
What Youll Be Doing:
Managing commercial and contractual relationships with key stakeholders.
Handling NEC4 contracts and subcontract agreements with precision.
Measuring, pricing, negotiating, and agreeing costs for Compensation Events and project scope.
Conducting cost reconciliations, producing procurement schedules, and assisting in budget forecasting.
Leading subcontractor negotiations, order placements, and payment processing.
Working closely with the project and site management team to ensure seamless operations.
What Were Looking For:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
At least 10 years of experience in commercial roles within civil engineering, with 4+ years at a senior level.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
A full driving licence.
