We’re currently looking to grow our pool of SEN Teaching Assistants who can bring compassion, resilience, and adaptability to these brilliant schools. Multiple roles are available for immediate starts.

The students you’ll be supporting may present with:

  • Autism Spectrum Conditions

  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

  • Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)

You do not need previous experience working in a school. We offer free online training and ongoing support to help you gain confidence and understanding of working with children and young people.

  • Or anyone with transferable skills and a genuine interest in special educational needs

About the role:

  • Full-time positions available
