SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a lively and welcoming 3-form entry primary school in Barking & Dagenham. They are on the hunt for an inspiring special needs teacher (SEN teacher) Special Needs Teacher to teach in the school's Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP).

The ideal special needs teacher (SEN Teacher) will:
- Will hold UK QTS
- Be a passionate and skilled educator with a genuine interest in supporting autistic learners
- Have a solid understanding of Autism and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Preferably bring experience from a specialist SEN setting or autism-specific provision
- Approach every day with positivity, energy, and a belief in the potential of every child.
- Show initiative, resilience, and a team-focused attitude.
