A specialist case management and rehabilitation company is seeking a full-time Support Worker to assist with social, leisure, and rehabilitation activities.
The position offers a salary of £14.00 per hour, along with benefits such as supervision, additional holidays, a pension scheme, health cover, and employee rewards.
Candidates should have previous experience in the Health Sector, a driving license, and a car, as well as NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
The ideal Support Worker should be fun, active, animal-friendly, and passionate about helping the client manage day-to-day activities while enjoying music and humor.
This position requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience and is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

Were looking for a Support Worker with:

You should have previous experience of working in the Health Sector.
Driving licence and car owner is essential.
You should be trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or have equivalent experience e.g. completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course)
