We are currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding facilities company for the role of Sales Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry-leading organisation known for delivering high-quality, reliable services across a wide range of sectors.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver excellent service across all channels (by phone, email and in-person)
  • Listen to customer needs, provide tailored advice, and follow up promptly
  • Continuously lead by example and inspire others to maintain high service standards
  • Perform daily safety checks, maintain store cleanliness, and report maintenance issues
  • Monitor store security using visual checks and security systems
  • Complete store admin duties, including banking, account reconciliation, and invoicing
  • Maintain accurate customer records and generate reports
  • Delegate tasks, provide feedback, and support team training and development

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • Experience in consultative sales with a proven track record of great customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Highly driven, proactive, and dedicated to achieving excellent results
  • Energetic, optimistic, and an enthusiastic in approach to work
