This company is an established, bespoke practice specialising in one-off, high-end residential projects. They boast a team of experienced designers with a wealth of sector-specific knowledge. Managing projects from initial design through all phases, they cater to a broad range of client needs. Their seamless process has led to consistent success since their inception. Currently experiencing a strong period of growth and turning away work, they are now looking to expand their team with this fantastic opportunity.
In this role, you will predominantly be based in their Barnet office, with very occasional site travel in the area. Your main responsibility will be producing detailed drawing packages for tender and construction stages. You will also create detailed designs for sections, construction detailing, and specifications. Throughout the process, you'll liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure work meets client specifications and quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a passionate Architectural Technician looking to apply their Revit and AutoCAD skills to prestigious residential projects, and who thrives in a collaborative working environment.
