Reed Talent Solutions are working with Cadent Gas on the search for Data Administrator.

We are looking for a keen and detail-oriented Data Administrator. As a Network Operations Administrator, you’ll provide support to the Customer Operations team by completing a range of administrative tasks to ensure that our data and reporting is accurate in line with the overall business objectives and requirements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Gather, input, validate and interpret data from various sources.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, e-mail and correspondence.
  • Ensure that all requests, orders and invoices are progressed in a timely manner, complying with all procedural requirements.
  • Operate office systems and equipment, process documents, maintain accurate records and access information.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets, reports and trackers with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure tasks are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and information is held for the team’s processes.
  • Assist with the smooth running of the team including assist in the onboarding of new staff, cover other team members’ workload and support events if required

Skills/Requirements

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail, quality, accuracy and focus on continual improvement.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Good time management and ability to work to challenging deadlines.
  • Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to the changing needs of the business.
  • Teamwork and collaborative spirit.
  • SAP experience will be a distinct advantage.
