4Recruitment Services are seeking a  Family Contact Supervisor to support our client in North London.

 This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive environment where your contribution will make a real difference to the lives of children, young people, and families across the borough.

As part of the clients Family Services team, the  Family Contact Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring safe, positive, and supportive Family Time experiences. You’ll be working across the Family Resource Centre, community locations, and other appropriate venues to help families stay connected and supported

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Welcoming and supporting families attending contact sessions
  • Prioritising the safety and emotional wellbeing of children and young people
  • Supporting parents in maintaining and developing positive relationships with their children
  • Supervising contact sessions, including those involving siblings and extended family
  • Providing practical and emotional guidance to parents, helping them build trust and confidence
  • Ensuring all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience of working with children, young people, and families
  • A caring, flexible, and professional approach
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS check
