OA are recruiting for a PA to join a highly respected Accountancy & Tax firm.

Location: Barnet

Hours: Part time. Monday-Friday. 9:30am-1:30pm. Office based - 20 hours a week

Salary: £15 per hour

PA Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Manage diaries and schedules effectively, with a focus on keeping Fridays free where possible.
  • Relay important information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scanning, filing, and ad-hoc admin tasks.
  • Assist the wider business with administrative support as required.
  • Respond to company house enquiries and correspondence with HMRC.
  • Monitor and help manage internal deadlines to ensure tasks are completed on time.

PA Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Trustworthy and approachable
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to support different areas of the business.
  • IT proficient (MS Office, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience in accountancy, tax, or professional services (desirable but not essential).
