Your Role:

Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners

Foster a classroom culture of curiosity, kindness, and independence

Work closely with the KS1 team to plan and assess collaboratively

Monitor and evaluate pupil progress using formative and summative assessments

Maintain strong relationships with families to support home-school partnerships
