About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled General Handyman to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves a mix of general maintenance work for customers, residential property upkeep, and full apartment fit-outs, including assembling flat-pack furniture. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and carrying out repair work efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting general maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties.

  • Performing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting duties.

  • Carrying out full fit-outs of apartments, including assembling and installing flat-pack furniture.

  • Responding to customer maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly.

  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations.

  • Identifying potential issues and suggesting solutions to prevent future repairs.

  • Managing tools, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role.

  • Strong practical skills across general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, decorating, etc.).

  • Experience assembling and fitting flat-pack furniture.

  • Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.

  • A valid UK driving licence
