GSL Education is looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant for a special school in Barnet, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted SEMH support to individuals and groups.

Assist with behaviour management in and out of the classroom.

Build strong relationships to encourage positive engagement.

Support teachers in delivering inclusive learning.
Requirements:

Previous SEMH or alternative provision experience desirable.

Patience, resilience, and adaptability.

Understanding of safeguarding procedures.
