The Role:This is a full-time, general TA role supporting across Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2 with a particular emphasis on phonics delivery and early literacy support.

You will:

  • Work alongside class teachers to support the delivery of engaging lessons across KS1 and lower KS2.

  • Deliver targeted phonics interventions using Letters and Sounds or Read Write Inc.

  • Support small groups and individuals in early reading, writing, and decoding.

  • Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and general TA duties.

  • Promote independence, confidence, and a love of learning.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a TA in a primary setting, particularly in KS1.

  • Confident delivering phonics interventions and early reading activities.

  • Positive, proactive, and nurturing approach with excellent communication.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Available to start Monday 17th June and commit to the end of the academic year.
