SANZA Teaching Agency is urgently recruiting for a General Teaching Assistant with strong phonics experience to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Hendon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make an immediate impact in a nurturing and forward-thinking setting.

The Role:This is a full-time, general TA role supporting across Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2 with a particular emphasis on phonics delivery and early literacy support.
You will:

Work alongside class teachers to support the delivery of engaging lessons across KS1 and lower KS2.

Deliver targeted phonics interventions using Letters and Sounds or Read Write Inc.

Support small groups and individuals in early reading, writing, and decoding.

Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and general TA duties.

Promote independence, confidence, and a love of learning.
Who We're Looking For:

Experience as a TA in a primary setting, particularly in KS1.

Confident delivering phonics interventions and early reading activities.

Positive, proactive, and nurturing approach with excellent communication.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Available to start Monday 17th June and commit to the end of the academic year.
