About the Role - Art / Photography Teacher - Barnet, North West London
- The Art department is one which has been built since 2020 and boasts strong numbers at GCSE and A-Level.
- Results are strong at GCSE and the first A-Level cohort was certified in 2023
- There is only one Art / photography teacher in the department, being this role to be filled.
- The candidate must be able to teach Photography and have a good track record for teaching, and GCSE recruits
- The school requires an Art / photography teacher who can continue to build on this success.
- You should have strong subject knowledge of Art KS3 to KS5 and photography KS5.
- You will be responsible for the implementation and development of the Art/Photography curriculum in line with the latest pedagogical and subject based research.
- The ideal teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status, although a teacher with the right experience but no QTS will also be considered.
