The role:
- Full-time Year 2 teaching with responsibility for driving creative curriculum projects across the school
- Embed cross-curricular links and lead on learning experiences beyond the classroom
- Work closely with phase partners and subject leads to support consistency and innovation
- Receive a full programme of CPD and a personalised leadership coach
Ideal candidate:
- QTS and strong experience in lower KS2 or KS1
- Proven creativity and ability to engage pupils in meaningful, memorable learning
- Enthusiastic about the arts, enquiry-led learning, or outdoor education
- Aspirational, reflective, and eager to lead
