Assistant Property Manager - Block ManagementLocation: Hendon (office-based with some flexibility)Salary: £35,000-£38,000 + discretionary bonus

Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career in a supportive, hands-on environment? We're looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join a small, collaborative team managing residential blocks.

This is a heavily admin-focused role-ideal for someone organised, switched-on, and confident when dealing with leaseholders and contractors.

What You'll Do

  • Support two experienced Property Managers with day-to-day operations

  • Liaise with leaseholders and contractors-handling queries and resolving issues

  • Manage administrative tasks: invoices, insurance claims, Section 20s, meeting packs

  • Assist with compliance and coordinate major works

  • Attend occasional block visits (this is not a site-based role)

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in block management or a related property role

  • A working understanding of Section 20 and leasehold processes

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • A confident, proactive communicator-particularly with clients

  • A team player with common sense and excellent attention to detail

  • A stable work history-this role is ideal for someone looking to stay and grow

What You'll Get

  • Hybrid working model (flexibility available for the right person)

  • £35,000-£38,000 salary plus a discretionary bonus

  • Sponsorship for professional industry accreditation

  • Supportive, no-micromanagement culture

  • A clear path for progression-just not a fast track to management

  • A company that genuinely values development, loyalty, and internal support

Bonus Info

  • This role isn't aimed at someone looking to be a manager within 12 months-progression is available, but it's steady and realistic

  • Join a close-knit team of three where collaboration is key

  • If your CV fits, we'll move quickly-interviews can happen immediately
