Rate: £400-£450/day LTD

Carrington West is working with an industry-leading Tier One rail contractor who requires a Project Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team in delivering a design and build project in North London.

As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the commercial lead and take responsibility for managing all commercial aspects of the project. This will include multi-disciplinary subcontractor management, procurement, applications for payment, variations, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Senior or Project Quantity Surveyor in the rail industry.
  • Proven track record with a Tier One contractor on medium-to-large rail projects, ideally within London Underground / TfL.
  • Strong experience in procurement and subcontractor management.
  • egree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
