About the Role:
As a Science Teacher in Barnet, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful Science Teacher will join a supportive and forward-thinking department that is committed to raising achievement and encouraging a love of science within the vibrant community of Lambeth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons as a Teacher of Science in Barnet secondary schools.
* Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in science.
* Work closely with colleagues and leadership teams to support student progress.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment within the school and wider community.
Take part in extra-curricular activities and enrichment opportunities related to science in schools.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher of Science status (QTS or equivalent).
*Experience teaching science in a secondary school setting is desirable.
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching science.
A commitment to supporting the education and development of students.
