Social Housing Contractor looking for a Plumber/Multi to join the repairs and maintenance team on a Social Housing Contract covering North London and touching on East London.
This is a temporary to permanent role after 12 weeks
The successful candidate will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties and must be able to work on their own.
The candidate must have their own tools.
This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK MANUAL Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card and PDA complete your duties.
Duties will include:
- Drain down
- Pipe freeze
- Tap change
- Ball valve
- Waste blockages
- WC Cistern
- WC Pan
- Bath change
- Gate valve/stop cock
- Pipework
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting, patch plaster, painting small areas
This is a temp to perm role
42.5 hours per week PAID
30 minutes lunch UNPAID
Monday to Friday
8am - 5pm
