Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate and experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to support the Additional Resourced Provision (ARP) at a welcoming primary school in Barnet, North-West London.

Key Details:

- Role: SEND Teaching Assistant - ARP
- School Setting: Primary School
- Start Date: September 2025
- Contract: Full-time, Long-term, Temp-to-perm
The Role:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with autism and neurodiverse needs
- Work with the SENDCo and specialist teachers to meet EHCP targets
- Support social and communication skill development
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Use de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting SEND children, especially with autism and social-emotional needs
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills to work with staff, families, and professionals
- A commitment to inclusion and helping every child succeed
