Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Planning and Production Coordinator for a company based in Barnoldswick, Lancashire

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Planning & Production Support professional to join a successful manufacturing company. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our customers’ needs are met with precision and efficiency, while supporting production in delivering operational excellence.

The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager you will provide exceptional support to our customers and production teams, enabling cost-effective and efficient operations that help drive continuous improvement and business growth.

What you will be doing

  • Develop effective production plans
  • Manage stock levels while aligning with customer demands
  • Liaise with Import and export clients; prepare all necessary shipping documentation
  • Handle customer invoicing, credit notes, and timely order confirmations
  • Support production through key administrative tasks
  • Address and resolve customer quality concerns
  • Assist with 6S, Continuous Improvement (CI), and other production projects
  • Work closely with Shift Managers and support them as needed
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across all operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Planning and Customer Service
  • NVQ in Business or equivalent
  • Strong IT proficiency, especially in planning and admin tools
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute across site functions
