Internal Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive  - Job Role:

Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our website
Calling leads generated by Engineers
Generating sales from lapsed customers
Using our database to contact customers
Generating your own leads using initiative and recommendations
Managing new and existing customers
Work with our field sales team to create sales opportunities
Working to KPI’s
Securing orders / closing business

Business Development Executive  - Must Have:

Excellent Customer Service Skills
Experience within a Sales role such as Sales Executive, B2B Sales, Appointment maker etc.
Strong organisational skills
Proficient level of computer skills
Good time management skills
Experience of outbound lead generation/account management/telesales is preferred

Business Development Executive  - Qualifications

Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce
Experience in B2B sales and account management
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to generate leads and manage customer accounts effectively
Excellent computer skills and customer service orientation
