We are seeking two skilled Joiners to join our Property Services team. This role involves working on major void works and planned repairs, delivering high-quality joinery services across various large-scale projects. Day-to-day of the role:- Carry out removal and renewal of kitchens (standard or adapted), bathrooms, shower rooms, and wet rooms, often collaborating with a plumber.
- Perform internal second fix and first fix joinery.
- Install fascias, soffits, and gutter work, as well as garage doors including frames.
- Conduct joinery repairs, including but not limited to floor boarding, door ease/renew, and kitchen unit repairs.
- Assist other trades as required, which may include general labouring and rubbish removals.
- Travel to various sites to complete tasks, with a works vehicle provided post-induction.
- Proven experience in joinery, capable of handling various aspects of the trade with a high standard of quality.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Basic plumbing skills or experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility to assist with other trades as needed.
