Area Sales Manager
South Yorkshire
£45,000 + Bonus
Due to expanding the team our client is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join the business.
Your duties include:
- Selling a wide range electrical wholesale product.
- Managing and expanding an existing customer portfolio whilst hunting for new business customers.
- The role would be a mixture of spending time in the office booking appointments and in the field.
- You will report directly the manager and work very closely with the internal team who will support orders and onboarding new customers.
- Attending sales meetings to monitor progress and meet targets
The ideal applicant will:
- Have electrical sales experience selling to wholesalers and electrical contractors
- Previous experience working within a team and trade environment
- Have presentation skills to a variety of contacts
- Must be driven and self-motivated
- Willing to be in the field and work as a team
- Target driven and awareness of your own contribution to the business
- Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic
