What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be promoting fully-funded and part-funded training courses and apprenticeships to employers across the UK. it’s sales with genuine purpose, helping businesses grow and employees advance their careers.
At Advanced Progression Ltd, we act as a specialist skills broker, working in partnership with leading training providers and colleges across England. Our role is to engage employers, assess eligibility, and refer suitable candidates for enrolment onto high-quality development programmes. We’re trusted to hit enrolment targets, and we take pride in inspiring employers and their teams to unlock the full potential of these valuable opportunities.
Your role will include:

Making 60–100 outbound calls per day to employers nationwide

Following up via email and managing all communications

Managing your own schedule and pipeline

Building relationships and closing opportunities with a positive attitude
