Scope of the role: - To ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures on site are followed and encourage a behavioural safety culture within the Engineering team. - Take clear leadership of breakdowns and handovers to assure the consistent running of shifts. - To support the service team in the tracking and analysis of error rates and the production of corrective actions plans. - Managerial duties including return to works and talent development.
