The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience supporting KS2 pupils in a classroom setting
- Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above desirable)
- Be confident supporting children with varying levels of ability and need
- Be reliable, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive impact in education
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid DBS on the Update Service
