Questech are recruting on behalf of there client in Barnsley for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
This is working a shift pattern ofDays, Nights and Afters.
Basic salary and shift premium up to 40,000
- Enhanced basic pay and shift for Saturdays (x1.5) and Sundays & Public holidays (x2)
- Overtime regularly available at enhanced rates
- Production bonus paid weekly subject to production targets being met
The Role:
- Carry out routine electrical maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
- Diagnose breakdown problems
- Fit new parts and ensure equipment is working correctly
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (P.P.M.) on all machinery
- Deal with electrical breakdowns, unplanned problems and repairs
- Liaise with other engineering and production colleagues
Required:
- NVQ level 3 in engineering
- Previous experience in hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritise own workload and multitask effectively
